8:30 am - Artwork will be distributed
on line and on site and will reflect the theme of the 2002 EmbroideryOlympics
being held at the same location. There will be one design per finalist,
distributed randomly and containing design elements of one or more of the
preluminary categories.
2:00 pm - Designs must be completed
and submitted no later than 2:00pm, late entries will result in a loss
of points. Coordinators will transfer the designs to disk and print color
sequences for sewing and judging on site.
2:00 pm - 5:00 pm - Designs
will be sewn, tested, reviewed and judged and the results compiled for
posting to this site and presentation at the Awards Ceremony.
7:30 pm - Awards Ceremony in
conjunction with the EmbroideryOlympics
