 November Event - Small Lettering

2002 - Year Of The RoseOn June 1, 2001, the United States Congress deliberated a joint resolution declaring 2002 the Year Of The Rose. Thousands of rose growers, rose societies, and other garden organizations, cities, mayors, governors and other public officials, public rose gardens, and entrepreneurs of the rose industry, have officially joined the celebration.

This world-wide, year long, grassroots event is designed to promote the rose as a universal symbol of love, friendship, beauty and peace; a flower of unsurpassed importance in art, history, literature and music. It is the world's favorite flower, one which has provided inspiration to mankind since the beginning of time.

For the Small Lettering event this design includes the celebration of the Rose and features small lettering to create a challenging design to digitize. Embroiderers might enjoy the design for targeting flower shops in their area, or adding a nice floral design to their collection.
